On
Saturday 19 September join celebrity chef Dominique Rizzo
(regular chef on Channel Ten’s Ready,
Steady, Cook) as she turns up the heat in
the kitchen to create a menu inspired by her own Sicilian
heritage and the Australian Italian Festival cookbook Quando
Avete Fame, unearthing
Ingham’s
Italian food history and stories.
Guests
are invited to bring along a homemade Italian dessert to be in
the running for some great prizes.
