(Discs may be collected after downloading) |
PLEASE
NOTE
All digital submissions MUST be
saved in .txt or .rtf format to allow for easy exchange between various software
products.
All digital images MUST be
saved in .jpg format to allow for easy exchange between various software products. |

WORD LIMIT: A word limit of 1500 words applies to
articles for this publication. Longer items will be accepted but may be published in
"part" format if it thought appropriate. Authors will be contacted in such
cases. |

AUTHORSHIP: All items must have the Name and Contact
details of the author attached separately. Please
indicate whether the author wants his/her name acknowledged in the text of the Ezine or to
sign Anonymous.
However for child authors only their first name or Anonymous will be included with
the article. Exceptions may be made when the item is submitted through a school. In
this case parental permission has already been given to the school for the use of
students' work. |

Will
be retained by the author. Hinchinbrook Shire Library retains copyright over the
publication Can
of Words and
non-exclusive copyright over the articles published in Can
of Words. This is done so as to exclude others from republishing your work without your
permission,
however all individual contributors retain the right to submit their work for publication
elsewhere. |
