Constant Princess

A
very interesting biography of this world famous Film
Star/Director/Producer. Expertly told
with all the warts and pimples of family life of Clint Eastwood by a
famous biographer who reveals many interesting facets of the
larger than life character, revealing
over fifty years in the movie business, including many un-credited small
bit parts and his early TV appearances in ‘Rawhide from 1958-1966.I
found it very interesting reading.

Philippa
Philippa does it again with her latest historical novel, featuring
Catharine (or Catalina or
Katherine) of Aragon-(First wife of Henry VIII of
England
). Lovers
of history will love this
book. It’s dialogue is very readable and period detail is again
precise.

A
magical tour into the world of sorcery and witchcraft in the depths of
darkest
Africa
.Another fantasy novel from the acclaimed and talented writer from
Peru
.This is a must for the younger reader- as well as some of the older
people who are young at heart. This is something that could be a
serious challenge to most Harry
Potter fans

An
interesting story of love, hate – and ghosts. This is book two of
a I’ve never
read book one, but if its not
as good as book two I shall be very
surprised. She has a style that flows over the page.

An
excellent thriller which will grip the reader from page one.
I’m sure it’s twists and turn will hold the reader as few
murder mystery books can. It’s a
pity the publisher did not subject this offering to some ‘proof
reading’ – though they seldom do these days. Then again, perhaps the
writer should have been more careful when typing it.
The
few typographical errors found in no way detract from its power to hold
you.

Peter’s
excellent first novel brings all the drama of a voyage ‘round the
Horn’. in a naval ship of the mid to latter part of the eighteenth
century. He
has captured all the excitement
and intrigue of a good mystery novel.
Unfortunately
his attempts to copy the inflections and vocabulary of that
period have failed rather miserably -for me at least,
