The library this year has initiated a new program for preschoolers called Preschools and Libraries Sharing (PALS) - our goal is to promote integral literacy development in our area. We are inviting all the preschools in the district to become involved with the library as part of our program. We predict that this opportunity will provide preschoolers with a fun and interesting approach to libraries, books and reading. Class visits each semester to the library will include activities, talks and ‘getting to know your library’ sessions.
